Are you passionate about guitars and have a knack for sales? Join our team! We are seeking a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable about guitars and enthusiastic about helping customers find their perfect instrument. As part of the DGS staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product features, and assisting customers in selecting the right guitar to meet their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their guitar preferences and needs.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our guitar inventory and assist customers in selecting the right instrument.
- Provide product recommendations and information on guitar accessories, amplifiers, and other related items.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking inventory and arranging displays.
- Stay informed about new guitar models, industry trends, and developments to better assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications:
- Passion for guitars and music with a solid understanding of different guitar types, brands, and features.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player mentality with the willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
